  • Woodlands Township Veterans Day Tribute – Residents and businesses are invited to attend this special event honoring veterans from The Woodlands. The Woodlands Township will hold the event at Town Green Park on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at 4:30 – 5:30 pm. Local veterans from all branches of service are welcome to participate.   • America Recycles Day – The Woodlands Township will be celebrating this awesome event at the 3R Bazaar on Saturday, November 15, 2014, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, at 8203 Millennium Forest Drive in The Woodlands. The public is invited to attend to learn more about recycling. For collection guidelines, visit The Woodlands Townships’s website or contact the Environmental Services Department at 281-210-3800. The 3R Bazaar is a program of The Woodlands Township with sponsorship from The Woodlands G.R.E.E.N., Waste Management, The Woodlands Development Company and H-E-B.
  • Luxury in Lights – This awesome celebration will be held at Market Street on November 20, 2014 at 6:00 pm. At the celebration they will unveil their 70-foot Christmas tree, which will be synchronized to twinkling lights and holiday music.
  • Smile With Santa – Bring your children to have their photos taken with St. Nick beginning Friday, November 21 through Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Market Street is hosting this special event for the kiddos. Hours: Monday – Saturday from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Santa feeds his reindeer daily from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
